Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker interviews Richard F. Schubert in his audio book, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series entitled, “Strategies.” Schubert begins by explaining that he is the President of the American Red Cross, which is the largest volunteer organization in the world. He advises how to develop a program in a changing market. He talks about the importance of having strong quality control with volunteers, which can be hard to organize on a global scale. He describes problems with marketing, and how many materials the Red Cross works with can be hazardous. Schubert describes the pros and cons of starting a corporation. He ends the interview by saying that a budget must be strategy driven.
