Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker discusses his ideas on management in his audiobook, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Strategies.” It is entitled, “Resources.” Drucker begins by stating four things a business must have to be successful: a plan, people, marketing, and money. He discusses how non-profit companies can market themselves, and advises that a company should look at success from a customer’s point of view. He talks about how to maximize results with limited resources. Drucker describes several keys for successful fundraising such as budget and development. He ends the talk by illustrating how The Claremont Colleges formed and collaborated to gain results.
