Description
In this audio recording George Odiorne talks about his audio book, “Objective-Focused Management.” This is the second part of a two-part discussion entitled “Managerial Strategy for Long Term Achievement.” He begins by describing what to do if a company is not meeting their goals. He goes over different scenarios for managerial strategy in a retail business setting. Odiorne talks about the dangers of not making a long-term business plan. He describes several products that changed and adapted to the new markets during the 1940s. He ends the tape by discussing specific companies that were able to control an entire market.
