B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. C. W. Protzman, Sr., saying that he has recently received a letter from Mr. Hopper, with whom he has been exchanging letters since Protzman introduced Hopper to him. He reports that Hopper would like to visit Japan this summer to study current Japanese management and says he is enclosing recent letters they have exchanged. Inoue suggests that Protzman come to Japan. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "2a" on the top, right corner and a handwritten note.
